Pricing

Estimate your project.

Choose a service and tell us what you need. We will show a working KES range and estimated timeline.

This is a planning estimate. We confirm the final price after reviewing exactly what needs to be built.

What changes the estimate.

  • Scope

How many parts of the business or workflow the project needs to cover.

  • People

How many different users, roles or approval levels are required.

  • Connections

Payments, existing software or other services that need to work together.

  • Existing data

Information that needs to be cleaned, reorganised or moved into the new system.

How pricing works.

  1. 01

    Estimate

Use the calculator to establish a working range.

  2. 02

    Scope

We review the actual workflow, requirements and dependencies.

  3. 03

    Quote

You receive an agreed price and delivery plan before work begins.

Commercial terms

Payment

Smaller projects

  • 50% to start.
  • 50% before final handover or launch.

Larger projects

  • 40% to start.
  • 40% at an agreed working-review milestone.
  • 20% at launch and handover.

The final payment schedule is written into the project proposal before work starts.

Scope changes

Small refinements can be handled through the normal review process. If a requested change materially adds work, we explain the effect on price and timing before building it.

External costs

Some projects use services that charge their own fees. These can include hosting, domains, messaging, payment providers, APIs or other software subscriptions. Where relevant, these costs are identified during scoping and kept separate from the L412C build price unless the proposal explicitly says otherwise.

Ownership

After full payment, the client receives the agreed project-specific source code and assets included in the proposal. Third-party software, open-source packages, fonts, APIs and external services remain subject to their own licences and terms.

Support

Projects include a defined post-launch period for launch-related fixes and handover. Ongoing support is optional and quoted according to the level of coverage.

Ongoing support

Ongoing support is optional and quoted according to the level of coverage.

The actual support price depends on what is being maintained, expected response times and the amount of ongoing work.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the estimator?

It provides a working range based on the scope you select. The final quote is confirmed after we review the actual workflow, integrations and requirements.

Is the estimate a final quote?

No. It is a planning estimate. We confirm the final price after reviewing exactly what needs to be built.

Why is the calculator showing a range?

Two projects can look similar but differ in data, integrations and workflow complexity. A range is more useful than pretending the scope is already known.

Can I start smaller?

Yes. Many systems can begin with one focused workflow or first release and expand later.

Are third-party costs included?

Not by default. External costs are identified during scoping and kept separate unless the proposal says otherwise.

How long will my project take?

The calculator updates the estimated delivery time as the scope changes. The final schedule is agreed with the project scope.

Do I have to pay everything upfront?

No. Smaller projects usually use 50% to start and 50% before final handover or launch. Larger projects usually use 40% / 40% / 20%.
